This Privacy Policy is issued by Axiom Intelligence Partners LLC ("Axiom Intelligence Partners," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the EdarIndex advisory service. It applies to visitors of this website and to prospective clients who contact us, and is designed to meet the requirements of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and comparable international data protection standards.
EdarIndex operates a strict minimal-data policy. We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when initiating contact through our website. This includes your full name, professional title, organisation, country, and email address, together with a telephone or mobile number if you choose to provide one, submitted via our secure intake form. A phone number is optional and is requested only to enable direct follow-up where useful for international or time-sensitive enquiries. We do not use analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking scripts, so we do not passively collect browsing profiles, device fingerprints, or cross-site identifiers.
Where the GDPR applies, we process the information you submit on the basis of (a) your consent, given by voluntarily completing and submitting the intake form, and (b) our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and screening prospective engagements for conflicts of interest. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at advisory@edarindex.com; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Information collected through this website is used exclusively to respond to your advisory enquiries, conduct pre-engagement conflict-of-interest (COI) screening, and scope potential diagnostic assessments. We do not use your information for automated marketing, and we do not subscribe you to any mailing list without explicit, separate consent. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
EdarIndex has never, and will never, sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. To operate this website we rely on a small number of third-party service providers acting as data processors on our behalf: our contact form is routed through Formspree (form submission handling), our client portal is hosted on Softr, and our page fonts are served by Google Fonts. Submitting the contact form transmits your submitted fields to Formspree's infrastructure; loading this website requests font files from Google's servers, which may process your IP address for that purpose. We do not control these providers' independent processing and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies. Communications are otherwise managed through encrypted email infrastructure.
Where personal information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or your home jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognised under applicable law, and we require third-party processors to maintain comparable data protection standards.
General enquiry data submitted through the website is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and complete any associated COI screening, and is deleted or anonymised thereafter unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or regulatory reasons. Data handled during an active advisory engagement is retained and destroyed in accordance with our Data Handling Commitment.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; request portability of information you provided to us; and, if you are in the EEA or UK, lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you additionally have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information), to limit use of sensitive personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

This website is built as a static architecture and does not employ invasive tracking pixels, cross-site advertising cookies, or behavioural analytics engines. Where we introduce browser signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) recognition in future, we will honour valid opt-out preference signals as required by applicable law.
This website is directed at government officials, institutional professionals, and organisational representatives. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. No student, teacher, or other individual personal data relating to minors should ever be submitted through this website.

The handling, storage, and processing of data during an active advisory engagement is governed by a separate, legally binding Master Engagement Agreement with Axiom Intelligence Partners LLC and our strict Data Handling Commitment.
