This website provides general information about EdarIndex advisory services, the EDAR Index diagnostic methodology, and a means of initiating contact with our advisory team. It is informational and does not itself constitute an offer of services, a proposal, or a binding agreement. Any advisory engagement is governed exclusively by a separate, signed Statement of Work or Master Engagement Agreement, together with our published COI Disclosure and Data Handling Commitment.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the EdarIndex name and mark, and the EDAR Index methodology and proprietary scoring rubrics, is owned by or licensed to Axiom Intelligence Partners LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of our services.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law in your jurisdiction of residence provides otherwise. Axiom Intelligence Partners LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.
